As we prepare to move to two Sunday services, we know you may have a few questions! Below are answers to some of the questions we’re hearing most often.
When do the two services begin?
The two services begin on Sunday, October 4.
What are the new service times?
The new services will be at 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM.
Why are we moving to two services?
We are moving to two services to make room for more people, create space for continued growth, and give our church family and guests more options on Sunday mornings.
Will both services be the same?
Yes. Both services will include the same message, worship, and overall Sunday experience.
Will Grace City Kids and Preschool/Littles Ministry be available at both services?
Yes. Kids and Preschool/Littles ministries will be available during both services.
Will there still be a Jump for Joy Sunday?
Yes! It will be held during both services o the first Sunday of the month.
Do I need to choose one service and always attend that one?
No. You're welcome to attend whichever service works best for you each week.
Which service should I attend?
Either one! Both services will be the same, so choose the time that works best for you. If your schedule is flexible, we'd love for you to consider attending the 11:00 AM service. Doing so will help create more room at 9:30 AM for guests and families who may find the earlier service easier to attend.
Will there still be coffee and café service?
Yes!
What happens to Life Groups or classes that meet on Sunday mornings?
Some Sunday groups may adjust their meeting times. Check with your group leader for the most current schedule.
Will parking or check-in be different?
Our parking, greeting, and Kids Check-In teams will be ready to help make the transition as simple as possible.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving about 10–15 minutes early, especially if you are checking children in for the first time.
Can I serve during one service and attend the other?
Absolutely. Moving to two services creates a great opportunity to serve one and attend one.
Will communion, special Sundays, and announcements happen at both services?
Yes. Important elements of Sunday worship will be included in both services.
Where will the services be held?
Both services will continue meeting at Tarpon Springs Middle School.
Will both services be livestreamed?
Only the first service (9:30 AM) will be livestreamed.
