Does Your Anger Pass the Test?

²⁶ And “don’t sin by letting anger control you.” Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry, ²⁷ for anger gives a foothold to the devil.

Ephesians 4:26-27 (NLT) 

• (King James Version) ²⁶ Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: ²⁷ Neither give place to the devil.

• (English Standard Version) ²⁶ Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, ²⁷ and give no opportunity to the devil.

• (The Message Translation) Go ahead and be angry. You do well to be angry—but don’t use your anger as fuel for revenge. And don’t stay angry. Don’t go to bed angry. Don’t give the Devil that kind of foothold in your life.

1. Is it JUSTIFIED?

Psalm 119:104 (ESV) ¹⁰⁴ Through your precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.

2. Does it need to be MAGNIFIED?

3. Can it be quickly RECTIFIED?
